When we came in to purchase a new ball, both of you were very busy, you took the time to not only help us, but specified what ball would be right for me by placing me on a lane and watching how I release and deliver the ball. For me I am every so grateful. Thank you both Carol and Donna.

I drive 5 1/2 hours one way just to come here and do it several times of the year because it's like non other. I always look for the best. I found the best. These ladies are AWESOME! The sevice here can't be beat. They actually care about their customers. They not only sell the equipment, they make sure it works for you. I have sat for hundreds of hours in there just watching how much time they take with customers. And the best part, how much the customers appreciate them. They're the best!!!

I had not had a bowling ball that did not hurt my hand for probably 15 years until I had you drill one for me. I love the balls that you drilled for me. I also brought 3 friends the last time I went to your shop. They each got a new ball and have raised their averages by at least 10 pins. Hopefully as long as I bowl I will always get my equipment from Carol Norman's Pro Shop.

My experience with Carol Norman's Pro Shop has been perfect as far as bowling pro shops go. Can't think of a single negative visit. However, if we want to talk about road construction and heavy traffic in the area of 290 and Mangum Road that would be a different story for another time.
